"Coffee": A Seminar Series on the Building Blocks of Turkish Cuisine

April 30, 2014, MSA Our speaker at the seminar, where we discussed every aspect of Turkish coffee—which has been included on UNESCO’s “Intangible Cultural Heritage” list—was our vice president, Osman Serim, who has been conducting research on this topic at both the national and international levels for many years. As we explored the past, present, and future of Turkish coffee, we also had the opportunity to learn how to make authentic Turkish coffee down to the finest detail. Serim recounted “The Magnificent Return of 40 Years of Memories” to us, accompanied by impressive visual presentations.
