Iranian Cuisine with Hazer Amani

DATE April 20, 2017 VENUE: Kiva-Sandal Bedesten, Beyazıt We gathered at Kiva in Sandal Bedesten for an Iranian feast infused with the spirit of Sufism, dedicated to Mevlânâ and Tebrizî. We sampled the menu created for this special evening by our chef, Hazer Amani—who is of Iranian descent on his father’s side and whose reputation extends far beyond borders. Drawing inspiration from Mevlânâ and Tebrizî, Hazer Amani reinterpreted Iranian cuisine by reworking it with modern techniques using the rich local produce of Anatolia.
